Getting connected to Wired & Wireless

What you need to connect to the Institute network includes:

The minimum requirements for Cisco Secure Services Client are as follows:

System 
Minimum Requirements
Disk space 30 MB
Hardware Pentium III 500 MHz (minimum), wireless network card with a driver that supports NDIS 5.1 (wireless card should have the Wi-Fi Alliance stamp or logo) 
Memory 128-MB RAM
Software Windows XP (Home or Pro) SP1/SP2, Windows 2000 Pro SP4, Internet Explorer 5.0

Note: support for Windows Vista is not available at this time.

How to access Wired & Wireless at Gold Coast Institute of TAFE

The setup process consists of the following steps:

Once you have logged in, you will need to map drives and connect printers using the TConnect web site.  Instructions for this site are included in the user guide [PDF 1.01mb].
