If you have a disability that may impact on your learning at Gold Coast Institute of TAFE, please make early contact with our Disability Support Officer (DSO) so that the support that you may need can be negotiated and organised in a timely manner.
You may need to provide supporting documentation which identifies the nature of your disability and the way in which it may impact on your studies. This documentation will assist us to give you the most appropriate support for your disability such as:

Assistance with enrolment and other processes

Reasonable adjustments (assessments, delivery strategies etc)

Liaising with teachers so there is an understanding of your needs

Locating and organising equipment and specialist personnel where possible.
