How to enrol

Enrolling as an international student is easy! Just follow the steps below:

  1. Select your course.
  2. Complete the international application form [PDF 54kb].
  3. Send your form to the International Student Centre. We will contact you as quickly as possible if further information is required to process your application.
  4. Once your application is received you will receive a letter of offer.
  5. Some countries require additional pre-visa assessment processing. If this applies to you, we will send you a 'Pre-Visa Assessment Letter' to help you begin the initial visa application process in your country.
  6. You will need to sign the 'Payment and Acceptance Form' section of the International Student Agreement and return it to us with your payment.
  7. Upon request an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment will be issued to the Australian Embassy/Immigration Office closest to you to help you apply for a student visa.
  8. Once you are enrolled at Gold Coast Institute of TAFE you must attend an induction session and a faculty orientation session.
