I do not remember my student number/User ID. What should I do?
please email the Customer Service Centre at Gold Coast Institute of TAFE.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click on the 'Forgotten Password' link on the TAFE Queensland Student Self-Service website to have your password reset.

Where do I find the Terms and Conditions for the TAFE Queensland Student Self-Service website?
You can find the Terms and Conditions on the TAFE Queensland Student Self-Service website.

I have tried to login using the User ID and Password that was emailed to me, but the system is telling me that I have entered an invalid User ID or Password. What should I do?
Make sure you have entered the User ID and Password exactly how it has been detailed in your email. If you are certain you are entering the correct details, email the Customer Service Centre at Gold Coast Institute of TAFE for assistance.

I have tried to login but the system is telling me that my account has been locked. Why?
For security purposes you are given 5 attempts to login. If you are not successful after the fifth attempt, your account will be locked. To unlock your account, please email the Customer Service Centre at Gold Coast Institute of TAFE for assistance.

I have tried to access the TAFE Queensland Student Self-Service website, but there is a message saying the website is unavailable. Why?
Scheduled maintenance of the website is required to be performed daily.  No access is available during this time. The message displayed to you will advise you on the expected time the system will be available for use.

Enrolment

How do I pay for my enrolment?
Enrolment must be paid up-front, in full by credit card.

Are my financial details secure?
TAFE Queensland is committed to making on-line payments as safe as possible. TAFE Queensland Student Self-Service uses the payment mechanism called Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL), a powerful encryption protocol that protects data as it travels via the Internet. This enables financial transactions to be conducted with low risk as they are encrypted and no customer card details are permanently stored on-line.

How do I know if my enrolment was successful?
Your enrolment confirmation will be available once you complete the enrolment process. You can either print or email the document to your nominated email account.

Orientation

I have not received my Orientation details by e-mail. What should I do?
E-mail our team and ask for your Orientation details to be sent by e-mail.
