ELICOS/ELPIS
Gold Coast Institute of TAFE delivers nationally accredited English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS).
ELICOS is also called English Language Programs for International Students (ELPIS).
At Gold Coast Institute of TAFE the ELICOS/ELPIS teachers are fully qualified and experienced in teaching English. A full-time Director of Studies is available to assist students with any academic issues. Qualified on-campus counsellors are available for free career or personal counselling.
ELICOS/ELPIS courses
ELICOS/ELPIS courses cover six levels of English (beginner to advanced).
All students are assessed on their first day and placed into a class appropriate for their current level of English.
Students can choose from three study options: Intensive Full Time, General Full Time or General Part-Time courses.
Note: Students on a student visa must study one of the full time options.

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is compulsory for student visa holders. Cost $312* per year depending on length of study program. Please note that prices are subject to change without notification.
