Basic and Advanced English Language
This program is provided by the Department of Education, Science and Training for migrants who have registered with Centrelink as jobseekers.
- For non-English speaking background students only
- No cost for eligible participants
- Beginner to advanced English (Certificate in Spoken and Written English Levels I - IV)
- Full-time and part-time options
- Ashmore,Coolangatta, Ridgeway and Southport campus location
How to apply
- Register with Centrelink as a jobseeker and request referral to the Coolangatta program.
- If successful attend a free interview at TAFE to assess your English level prior to starting class.
- The amount of study hours available will be determined at the interview.
